I’ve held space in living rooms, festival tents, retreat centres and conference halls, offering this work to seasoned practitioners who are already fluent in this field and others who have spent their working life in boardrooms and spreadsheets.
Different worlds, different bodies.. Same core needs
Over the past several years I’ve facilitated in India, Bali and across Europe: for women only, for mixed groups, for corporate teams, for founders and for business gatherings. Whatever the room or the reason for showing up, the same thread of embodied connection runs through all of my spaces.
I help people move from surface-level connection into greater presence, depth and the contact that’s available beneath the small talk. Much of this work is rooted in somatic awareness, nervous system regulation and communication skills. Some of it goes much deeper, into ancient tantric practice and connection exercises. Either way, it starts in the body.
Open to all genders, where the work goes deeper: into touch, presence, the practices Embodied Tantra is built on and the conditioning sitting on top of both. My aim is to create a foundation of embodied relating.
Held exclusively for women: empowerment, embodiment, erotic remembrance and the benefits that come from an amplified field of feminine reclamation.
Hired to guide teams, communities and private groups past small talk and into real connection. Structured, embodied connection exercises catered to suit the needs of the group.
Different rooms, same embodied thread that runs through all of them. Every exercise I hold, whether in a temple space or a boardroom, moves through the body first.
